Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc. ) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work and remove debris outside from MD land complete all as specified and directed..

Demolition brick work or stone / boulder masonry, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system (E-Grid T-2430 or equvalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exc. 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of main runner 3600mm long, cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and wall angle. The main runners to be placed @ 1200mm, the cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600mm to form a modular grid of 1200mmX600mm. Additional cross Tees of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the cross tee 1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600mmX600mm. Grid of modular size 600mmX600mm shall be supported by 4 mm dia G.I. wire from purlins/soffit with and including 4mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fiber cement designer ceiling board (Density>1200Kg/Cum) of size 595mmX595mm, confirming IS 14862 & Type B Category III of ISO 8336, tested as per AS 1530 part 3 & BS-476 Part 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8, complete all as per manufacturer's instruction all as specified and directed.. (Make : Everest or equivalent as approved by GE)

S&F for rolled mild steel sections of Grade Fe 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quality-A, as in post, runners, rafters, purlins, steps etc fixed with connecting plates including bending, welding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel plates of Grade Fe 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quality-A as in connecting pletes, base plate etc. welding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, as roof kerbs / padding, using Pidiproof LW+ water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Water Proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for roof treatment by application of two coats elastomeric coating of "TECH O THANE PU-White" @ 1.5Kg/SQM in CHOWKSEY CHEMICALS or NITOPROFF 600 PF @1.5KG/SQM in FOSROC or equivalent in IWL etc with DFT of minimum 1mm thickness on primed surface by using special grade of "Primer PR 71" in CHOWKSEY CHEMICALS or NITOPROFF Primer in FOSROC complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1.Rate should be inclusive of removing and refixing the lightening arrestor if existing. 2.Rate should be inclusive of removal and refixing PVC water tanks or shifting of any other thing as existing as per site condition

Making the chajjah tops surface clean, free from dust dirt, grease, oil, followed by applying 2 coats of approved Rubberized / polymer water proofing treatment POLY ALK WP or equivalent of approved make as per the manufacturer’s specifications as specified and directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric, cut to length, fixed to steel members / reinforcement steel, weigh per Sqm not exc. 4 Kg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, split, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC Columns, beams, walls, ceiling, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar by washing with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces and applying rust remover, anti rust coating over cleaned re-bar and fixing new reinforcement if required for strengthen the members and applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortor in CM 1:3 mix, 40mm thick in two coats, using polymer as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dr. Fixit / Sunanda / chemestik / Fosrok Note :- (New reinforcement / steel wire fabric / MS Sections and scaffolding as required will be measured and paid separately)

Material & labour for providing and applying jacketing around columns / beams / other RCC members with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor / deficient reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (Rates quoted shall be including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete). Make :- Dr. Fixit, STP, Fosroc as approved

M&L for cleaning the surface of wall thoroughly and removal of all loose plaster, dust, oil, wax, grease etc and filling the cracks with cements grouts properly and if required replastering the entire area after taking down old plaster (Plaster will be paid and measured seperately) and applying 2 coats of REINSHIELD OF IWL OR EQUIVALENT in Dr FIXIT AND FOSROC with same properties as per manufacturing instructions for water proofing treatment of wall . Note- 1-Work to be executed in presence of company representative. 2. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of taking down and re fixing of existing things like cable, pipes, etc if applicable complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-0 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 15 above but as in stirrups.

M&L for preparation of existing surfaces of roof top, RCC Gutter and parapet wall, crack filling with prime seal chemical and cement @ the ratio of 1:4, applying two coats of water proof chemical (Newcoat of dr. fixit or equivalent) and finally applying a coat of SBR latex and silicon powder paste not less than 2 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing grouting 12 mm dia holes of 75mm deep @0.6 m c/c at junction of beams and columns as co-ordinal points for inserting / pouring mixture of Lw+, high proof chemicals and cement slurry by pressure grouting for column, beams and slabs, includind sealing the holes with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for micro concrete works in repairs of patches like edges, chajjas, lintels and other RCC members complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only polymer SBR Latex or equivalent as approved. Make:- Dr. Fosrok, Sunanda, Dr. Fixit

M&L for erection & dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding (H frame) upto height of 30m & with necessary brazing, provision of necessary safety equipment to the skilled workers to carry out the work and covering with green cloths for carrying out external face work of walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500ltr (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of existing tanks and remove to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth, applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emlusion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth, preparation of surfaces, applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emlusion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & ceiling applying two coats of oil emlusion distemper over a coat wall care putty of 3mm thick and alkali primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying a coat wall care putty 3mm thick on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall primer complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down old GI tubing 50/40/25 mm bore medium grade from trenches/wall/floor etc including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
