Dismantling steel works in builtup section in angles, tees, flats & channels with all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 meter lead.
Replacement of damaged plates/beams/angles and structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in builtup sections, trusses, framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying primer coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Iron & steel materials shall be provided by SECL)
Providing & fixing of MS Flat (25mm x 5mm) including cutting, welding etc.
Providing & fixing of MS Nut & bolts of required size.
Note: 1). The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 08 nos. 2). All tools and tackles including Gas cutting set, welding machine, MS electrodes, jack etc. shall be provided by contractor for above work. 3). Contractor has to take up the work with manpower, tools & tackles within two (02) hours after receiving the breakdown report/information. 4). Iron and steel materials shall be provided by SECL.
