SUB HEAD-V - STEEL WORK

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Finishing walls with Rain coat paint made of Dr. Fixit or equivalent with following specifications: Surface Preparation: -All new cement-sand renderings/concrete surfaces should be allowed to age 6 to 8 weeks before surface coating. -Surface for treatment must be thoroughly cleaned of all laiance, loose material, oil grease, etc by mechanical means such as wire brushing & shot blasting. -Finally vacuum cleaning of all loose solids and liquids can be done, if required. Priming: Prime the surface with Dr. Fixit Primeseal or equivalent diluted with potable water by volume in 2:1 ration(2 parts primer and 1 part water) with a coverage of 10 Sqm per ltr and allow it to dry for 2 to 3 hours. Applying Base Coat: Applying one coat with brush or roller Dr. Fixit Raincoat Universal Base coat or equivalent with coverage of 8.0-9.0 Sqm per litre single coat.

SUB HEAD-IX - DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

MOTOR CONTROLPANEL

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed 25mm medium class PVC conduit as required

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the following Light Fixture with lamp, Control Gear & All necessary accessories. Luminaries with all electrical accessories & it should be energy efficient, low loss, ortho cyclically wound open construction copper ballast, ignitor & power factor improvement capacitor or Electronics Ballast etc are prewired up to the terminal block & mounted on a removable control gear module for ease of maintenance. All electrical connections of the control gear module with the rest of the luminaries should be click fix & require use of no tools. Mounting options should be for both lateral as well as pole top mounting. with Lamp Control Gear & Fixing Accessories.
