M&L for dismantling of plain or corrugated steel/FRP sheeting any guage, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as spd and directed

Taking down chowkhat or frame without taking down shutter from the frame area n exc 1.50 sqm complete all as specfied and directed

Taking down of cement or cement lime plaster/skirting/ dado of any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick wall area nexc 150 sq. cm bulit in cement mortar and making good in CM 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as directed by engg-in-charge

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2kg per sqm inc cleaning the surfaces all a spd and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm bore valve of PTMT high pressure with epoxy coated Al rod and plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
