Provding and laying 25 mm semi-dense Bituminous concrete Carpet surface surfacing with 2.4 cum of stone chipping 11.2 mm nominal size per 100 sqm and bitumen emulsion (mediium setting min. 65% bitumen content) complying with IS:8887, using 96 kg per cum of chippings, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and comber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (63 mm to 45 mm aggregate) (100 mmth)

Apply tack coat on WBM at 0.75ltr/Sqm

25 mm semi-dense Bituminous concrete with 2.4 cum of stone chippings 11.2 mm nominal size per 100 sqm and bitumen emulsion (medium setting min.65% bitumen contents) complying with IS:8887, using 96 kg per cum of chippings of road surface, including consolidation with road roller etc complete.
