Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position (up to all heights ) MS Built-up section/Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section :-Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062 Grade Yst 250)(Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections, ISI marked conforming to IS 1161/4923, Grade Yst 310) thickness up to 10mm in the profile shape as per conceptual drawings complete including special plate connector, pinion joints,Nut bolts, Plates, hollow sections etc including processes like using water jet 3-D cutting system for obtaining smooth 3-dimensional curvature, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections with cleaning the surface with sand blasting system and finishing by applying a coat of primer including preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings, transportation from fabrication yard, cutting , threading, machining, leads and lifts up to all heights, tools & plants and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations involved to make structure of Tensile fabric canopy. The structure has to be provided as per conceptual drawings of Tensile fabric profile, including all arch beam, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, bases of columns and high tensile bolts. The complete structure to be sand blasted and coated with primer (2 coats) and hard top with two coats of enamel paint application at all surfaces as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Drainage arrangement to be designed and installed along with the Tensile Structure.

(Rates also include Engineering Consultancy Services for Design of RCC foundation & Tensile Canopy including Architectural , Structural & Engineering design specifying patterns of Architectural Membrane, cables and related perimeter attachments, necessary fittings & hardware including associated structural steel members, RCC foundation, supporting member for electrical installation etc. with all relevant calculation sheet, vetting of both design & drawing by I.I.T/NIT/Govt. Engg. college including issue of "Good for Construction drawings" , revision of drawing as per changes during execution & final "As Built Drawing" complete with vetting and not limited to any other details related to consultancy work which are essential for successful execution of work etc. complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer incharge. Note :- (I) The steel structure members has to be designed as per conceptual drawings of Tensile fabric profile including all arch beam, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, bases of columns and Stainless Steel pin joints as applicable. ) (ii) Only structural MS tubes shall be payble under this item.

Providing and fixing PVC coated Tensile Fabric, both side PVDF, TYPE II, of Serge Ferrari or Equivalent make of approved colour having not less than 900 gsm weight and 400 daN/5cm tensile strength(warp/weft) of Ferrari or equivalent brand, using Specially extruded Aluminium profile with kedar arrangement other required acessories. Membrane to be patterned using tensile membrane design software and made using CNC plotting machine and welded with minimum 15KW heat sealing machine. Entire Structure to be prefabricated to the most extend. (Mesurement shall be done on plan area basis.) Rates inclusive of designeing, purchasing of fabric (including cost of insurance and frieght, etc), shop drawing fabirction (including cutting and high frequency welding to obtained the form). Transportation to site, assebling , installation up to all heights etc complete as per direction of EIC & noting extra shall be paid.

Providing supplying placing Drainage Gutter with powder coated GI sheet of appropriate size (600x600mm) designed to collect the water discharge from Rooing with provision of Downtake pipe upto ground level.
