Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc. 1.5 Sq. M but not exc. 4.0 Sq M each, complete all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2.00Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description n.exc 1.00Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Taking up or down, steel tubing 15 mm bore, and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site of work complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for, Digital Non - skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm,conforming to IS 15622, ISO 13006, EN 14411 Grade B II, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.MAKE:- (Johnson/Kajaria or equivalent make )

Materials and Labour for, Digital Non - skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm,conforming to IS 15622, ISO 13006, EN 14411 Grade B II, in step, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.MAKE:- (Johnson/Kajaria or equivalent make )

M&L for 25mm thick pre- polish coloured chequered smooth finish exterior grade precast heavy duty shine finish paver tiles as approved, set, jointed and pointed with grey cement and pigment over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of cement-based paint, white or tinted to new plastered surfaces on walls including priming with alkali resistant priming paint and including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously undecorated wooden surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, 15 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of pillar taps of 15mm bore dia, made of cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered Hot or Cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, in repair bib tap, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule,15 mm bore and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vitreous china squatting pan, "Orissa Pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests, including connections to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Hindware of cat No 20042 or equivalent of Paryware/Cera)

Materials and Labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old rusted/unserviceable, structural steel work such as steel windows/ventilators with guard bar and other section etc and removing same from work site complete including necessary cuttings in brick walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F of steel window with side hung shutters incl. projecting/box type hinges with steel handles steel peg stay complete with glazing bar 10 cm devetailed or welded including shop coat red oxide primer compete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 25 as above but without glazing bars complete.

S & F of 4mm thick plain glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 2nd class Hardwood chowkats and frames plain, solid, straight, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made, plain, framed, paneled shutter (two panel) with lock rails and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS-1003 Part-I kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood gauged and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to received gauge etc (without sash bars) for fly proof door shutter, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut of any mitred beads for securing gauge etc, size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause No.8.23(a) and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : with bottom, top, middle & intermidiate rails)complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for treating ends of posts, backs of chowkats etc., area tarred exc 0.1 sq. m but not exc 0.5 sq. m each complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for treating small articles such as stop, covers, gully gratings, holdfasts, ends of posts, backs of chowkats etc., area n exc 0.1 sq. m each complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:5:10 Type E2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling as sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm Prelam PVC sheet reinforced with 19x19mm MS square tube and 1.2mm wall thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of factory made solid panel Prelam PVC door shutter, 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat molded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stile and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of Prelam PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per manufactures instruction, specification with and inclding hinges , two nos handle and two nos tower bolt for each door complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair vitreous china wash hand basin flat back, star white of size 550 x 400 mm excluding taps, waste cupling and waste pipe but including brackets complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Hindware of cat No 10010 or equivalent of Paryware/Cera)

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 250 & n.exc 500ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Rotational molded polyethylene multilayer water storage tank (Cylindrical ,vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position capacity 500 Ltrs all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as directed.
