SH-I : SITC OF CCR SITC of Indoor Type Air Cooled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of Micro Processor Controlled, Thyristor Type suitable for operation on single phase 230V / 2-phase 400V AC + PE ± 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of current output and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system with digital output anmeter (0-10 Amps), over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipments, hours run counter, LCD display complete as required for the following rating and confirm to specifications enclosed and suitable for operation incluiding configaration with the existing Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) with communication, local and remote control and monitoring event and data recording and history keeping etc complete as required - 4.0 KW (For Taxiway)

Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box,water tight, round type,metal container of Dimension outside height 450mm, Outside Diameter 330mm, made of 10mm thick all around,top Surface 15mm thick smoothly machined to receive base of light fixture base plate, installed underground/cc grouting for housing isolation transformer, AFL cable leads, having a clear holes centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive Two Nos of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe fixed with check nuts and other holes at 250mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nuts as required. CI box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm with tapped holes inside near the hole and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface, 6 nos. M-10 taped holes at hole centre of 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as per the drawings & Technical specifications etc complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100mm thick, all round concrete of 1:2:4 150mm thick. The top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with checknuts for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and re-filling as per Technical specifications (wherever the CI Transformer Housing Boxes are in a line, the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centers fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of 50 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in trench/Groove complete with cutting,threading, fixing with check nuts , G.I. fittings for interconnecting C.I. Boxes including trenching (upto 75 cm deep), re-filling as per Technical Specification etc. as required.

SH-II TAXIWAY LIGHTING Supply of omni directional Inset Type Taxi way Edge Light Fitting complete with shallow base, matching body made of die cast aluminium, pr-focused LED lamp and driver units suitable to work on 15 w 20/6.6 and 15 w 6.6/6.6 amps Isolating transformer with all accessories confirming to ICAO requirement complete as required.

Supply of LED Taxiway Edge Elevated type light fixtures up to 15 Watts & meeting ICAO requirments LED lamp of series circuit 2.8 - 6.6 amps current, complete with base plate, breakable coupling, mounting assembly, gasket, BLUE lens, one 2 pole-plug with leads etc. conforming to particular specification as required.and suitable for operation control and monitoring on existing ALCMS (Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System)

Installation, testing & commissioning of Taxiway Light Fixtures on existing transformer housing boxes I/c installation of isolating transformers, lamps,gasket,nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories i/c alignment, levelling, earth connection etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of MIRL fixtures on the existing taxiway circuit.

Supply of following rating 5000V, 50 Hz Series Isolating Transformers encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondary connections suitable to be operated via ALCMS System confirming to specification as required.

Supply of Dummy Plate 10 mm Thickness, 330 mm Dia,Including provision of 6 nos, M10 tapped holes on top and 6 nos through holes at bottom to fix M10 bolts for fixing on exisitng C.I. Transformer house boxes etc complet as required.

Supply of 6 sq mm 5 KV grade dry type Plug and Receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, copper braided, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed shielded cable, complete as required confirming to AAI particular specifications.

Making field connections of by crimping of 6 sq mm size plug & receptable with suitable existing size single core PVC cu. Conductor cable of 5 KV grade Airfield cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.

SH-III Signages: Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of guidance sign boards of various sizes (as per annexure) made of anodised 2 mm thick aluminium frame with suitable angle support with 1.5 mm thick aluminium back cover and 4 mm thick transparent poly carbonate sheet with glare free face, the letter and symbols should be screen printed(inside of polycorbonate sheet) with required colouring, suitable arrangement shall be made to function on both main and standby (runway/taxiway) circuits with internal control circuits. suitable arrangements shall be made for water tightness and locking arrangements i/c. installations of isolating transformers, providing secondary leads, ESNA connectors. Suitable arrangements shall be made for water tightness and locking arrangement, sign boards shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required number of LED lights to achieve required illumination level, operated on input source of 2.5 A to 6.6 A constant current without any flickering, including its supporting legs, breakable coupling and base frame etc. complete as required as per ICAO.

SH- IV Supply of Cables: Supply of single core 6 sqmm Airfield Lighting (AFL) 5 KV grade, Copper Conductor, Copper shielded, XLPE insulated, and with inner and outer semi conductor, Polyethylene (PE) outer sheathed, Copper Braid, Unarmoured Underground Cable for airfield lighting Primary Circuit, confirming to specification as specified in technical specification of the following sizes as required.

SH- V Laying of Cable: Supplying and laying of 50 mm dia PE 63 grade PN4 rating HDPE pipe confirming to IS 4984 incluiding all accessories direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) excavation and refilling the trench including drawing of 2 nos x 6 sq mm afl cable complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade & 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/HDPE pipe as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm-AFL Cable

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

SH-VI EARTHING: Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying of 6 SWG GI wire inside the excavated cable trench/humepipe/DWC pipe for loop earthing etc complete as required.

SH- VII MISCELLANEOUS : Making Horizontal drilling(HDD) by trencheless directional drilling (HDD) method by deploying HDD machines under runway/taxiway in depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs suitable to lay 110 mm dia pipe with necessary arrangements of exit & entry masonary chambers, water supply, supply and laying of 110 mm dia HDPE pipe of PN6 PE80 of approved make through the drilled holes leaving 2 mtr extra on both the ends etc. complete as required.
