Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structure by mechanical means in all kind of soil in wet & dry condition, shoring shuttering, propping bullahs, dewatering the foundation including dressing, leveling, ramming the foundation bed & sides with pneumatic rammers/fuel operated compactors and removing the excavated materials with all leads, lifts and delifts away from worksite & depositing the excess materials in spoil banks or any other specified places by manual/mechanical means etc. complete with all cost, conveyance and T&P as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete conforming to M15 grade in approved surface using 20 mm & downgraded black hard granite crusher broken chips aggregates and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture means including curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges, hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawing and specification including all cost, conveyance, EMF, DMF, Addl. Charge & royalty of all materials with T&P, labour charges, cess etc. complete including curring for recommended period as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying RCC/PCC M-25 grade in approved surface using 20 mm & downgraded black hard granite crusher broken stone aggregates and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for RCC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture means including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with vibrator, with all leads, lifts, delifts for mixing concrete including EMF, DMF, Addl. Charge, Royalty & all taxes of all materials & cess including dewatering by suitable means, supplying T & P, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawing and specification etc complete with all cost incidental to the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Form Work for concrete with F1 finish for unexposed surfaces of structures with steel shutters rigidly fixed, efficiently propped and braced with bullah & steel of approved specification and dismantling and removing of forms after allowing required stripping time and stacking the same for re-use, making good to the surfaces where necessary with all leads, lifts and delifts, including greasing, oiling the shutters, cost of all materials, etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per technical specification.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding & tying grills using uncoated HYSD bar and approved quality including cost of steel, overlaps of reinforcement, labour charges for straightening coiled or bend up bars, cutting, bending, slitting, welding etc. confirming to I.S. specification and jointing if necessary by lapping and tying the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauges and placing in position with ties, chairs and spaces as required for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement for RCC works with all leads, lifts and delifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost, conveyance, cess, taxes etc. of all materials, etc. complete as per design, drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble hard granite stone masonary in clay or sand or gravel grouted in foundation and plinth using 15 cm to 30 cm hard stone boulders with sand grouting to proper line and level including all cost, conveyance, EMF, DMF, Addl. charge & royalty of all materials, T&P and all labour charges, cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting, supplying & stacking hard granite stone boulder of size not less than 30 cm satisfying and confirming relevant BIS specifications at work site for pre-measurement & conveying from stacks & surface packing in appron and revetments as per design, filling the interstices with small stones & wedges as per site requirement & packing the surface in proper line & level with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess & EMF, DMF, Addl. charge & royalty of stone etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in any approved type of soil except sand and sandy soil from approved borrow area after stripping the surface to required depth, loading into transport vehicles, carriage of earth by mechanical means, unloading the earth within lead of 1.00 Km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface (trimming the surface, removing the debries, benching the old embankment & levelling to proper profile), spreading the earth in layers not exceeding 22.50 Cm in height, rough dressing & breaking the clods to maximum 5 to 7 cm in size and dressing the embankment to proper level and profile, including all taxes, royalty, cess etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Collecting, supplying & stacking of moorum at work site for pre-measurement in a regular box heap of size (1.50m x 1.50m x 0.50m) to be measured as one cum on pre-measurement including conveying from stacks spreading over the road surface in layers not exceeding 100mm thick then compaction with PRR including cost, carriage, EMF, DMF, Addl. charge & royalty of all materials with hire and running charges of PRR etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
