Clearing and grubbing/Clearing Grass and Removal of rubbish from road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation for Road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slope, inaccordance with requirements of line carriage by mecanical means in foundation in all soil with all leads & lift etc. complete.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain & foundation of other strutures graded & compacted to meet the requirement of Tables 300.1 & 300.2 as per clause no.301of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase (Stone screening) Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on old prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desire density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridges work as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)
