Technical audit of metal roofing system of Terminal buildings T1&T4 with the following scope: A) Study and audit the Kalzip roof system of both terminals T1&T4 for structural stability and strength to withstand the wind speed as per IS code and submission of detailed report and recommendations. B) study and audit the Kalzip roof system of both terminals T1&T4 through an expert for preparing the structural design and drawings for wind ties and necessary holding clips etc., without punching the existing roof sheets based on guide lines laid in AAI, Technical Instructions and submitting recommendations. C) Study and audit the weather proof aspects of the Kalzip roof system of both terminals T1&T4 including metal roof, fascia, roof sheet fixing, terminations & interfaces, exhaust fan interfaces at roof, skylights and all other existing installations on/over terminal roof and find out the causes of leakages including all defects by deputing experienced specialist and submission of mitigation report for non-leakages. D) Preparation of Bill of Quantities, detailed technical specifications for the rectification works, tender drawings with cost estimate and analysis of rates based on DSR 2018 and market rates and identifying the recommending list of vendors and help AAI in tendering works. E) Submission of all detailed reports, structural designs and drawings (coloured) for the above in soft and three sets of hard copies in A1 size. Structural designs and drawings should be got vetted by Govt.Institutions like IIT, NIT, Anna University etc. F) Involvement in the implementation of rectification works by periodical monitoring, review, check, validation and reporting the progress of implementation of repair works including ensuring quality and compliances of repair works & help AAI in offering technical support for completion of repairing work carried out by AAI. Note:- The site visit charges shall be dealt as per Stage II & Stage III of Schedule of Payment and Timelines in Page-7 of NIT
