Supply and fix 10 mm dia and 1000 mm length solid aluminium blunt tip Air termination with Base plate (Vertical air terminal with accessories:Providing of Air terminals as per IS-IEC -62305) along with concrete block for fixing AT on Terrace with all mounting accessories complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 8 mm dia solid Aluminium Conductor for roof top mesh grid meets the requirement of IS IEC 62305 (As specified in Drawing) and tested as per IEC 62561- 7 JEF complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix conductor holding clamp suitabe for mesh grid Conductor holder each at 1 meter distance to meets the requirement of IS IEC 62305 complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cross universal connector for T and cross connection, to route vertical down conductor /mesh formation meet the requirement of IS IEC 62305 tested as per IS IEC 62561-7 Standard complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Expansion Piece with connector to compensate the expansion and contraction of Solid Round Al. Conductor during temperature variations to be provided on conductors length over 20 meters with Expansion Piece Connector for to connect Solid Round Al. Conductor at both ends to meet the requirements of IS/IEC 62305 complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Straight Splicers for Aluminium Conductor meet the requirement of IS IEC 62305 tested as per IS IEC 62561-7 Standard complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix test link in order to disconnect the earth termination system for enabling measurements. to connect Aluminium round conductor to Ring Earthing complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 10 mm copper bonded Round steel solid Conductor in compliance with IS/ IEC 62305 and IEC 62561-2. The coating shall be smooth, continuous & free from flux stains(Ring Earthing) should be tested and use exclusively for lightning protection ,earthing system and ring equipotential bonding complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix conductor holding clamp suitabe for 10mm Cu. Bonded Steel Conductor complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix SS Straight Connector for connecting Ring Conductor suitable for 10mm Cu. Bonded Steel Conductor to meet the requirement for IS/IEC-62305 complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix SS Cross Splicer -Providing of cross universal connector For T and cross connection, to route vertical down conductor with stud connection meets the requirements of IS / IEC 62305 complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for maitenance free earthing complete comprising of 14.2 mm dia 3 mtr long Earth electrode of low carbon steel electrode with 250 micron copper bonding & 1 bag of Ecosafe Based environment friendly backfill and suitable clamp, Back-fill earthing enhancing compound should strictly be a Eco Safe Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach/diffuse into the ground. Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole, provision of HDPE chamber cover . Test Certificate as per as per IEC : 62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted along with the material complete all as specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) The earthing pit value should be less than 5 ohms and in case the value are not found within limit during the defect liability period, the same to be rectified by the contractor free of cost. (b) Lightening arrester installation work to be carried out on GI/CGI/Asbestos sheet/RCC roof of buildings upto 15 Mtr Height. (c) The expenditure of Ladder/Crane will be borne by the contractor and all rates deemed to be inluded the same.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to 4 mm dia GI earth wire as earth lead upto a length of 7.5 metre long by means of bolts,nuts, washers etc. and protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm dia and 20mm dia GI tubing medium grade with funnel for watering, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, back-fill with salt and charcoal, provision of test point including connected to earth test point and necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil. The earth pit shall be casted in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber & RCC (1:2:4) type B1, angle iron frame including GI cover with hinge and funnel for watering pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix GI tubing medium grade 15 mm bore with all fittings and fixing in floor/on wall/crossing in road/drain including repair of PCC work etc. for protection of earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
