M&L for preparation of old painted steel & iron surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth when connected with other painting or when painted in different tint applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over on steel surface.

M&L for GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre incl 2mm dia G.I. ( upto 1200 mm length ) adjusting level to Purlins/ Rafter. .

M&L for 4mm thick non asbestos designer fibre cement building board of size 595 x 595 fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework fixed in ceiling flat or sloping.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 CM thickness (below or above ground level)

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 , using 20mm graded aggregates as in 75mm thick plinth protection including bitumen joints in 1.0 Mtr centre to centre as required.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall and any other type of wall finishes incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing the debris from site all as directed.

Demolition of Brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar.
