Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm tubes medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm tubes medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old 15mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceilings, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old 20mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceilings, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks exc. 500 Ltrs & n. exc 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 Litre rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layers hoisted and fixed in position including tank nipple etc complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per Ser Item No 8.00 here-in-before but refixing of old water tanks complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Stacks clamps out of 50mm X 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stay to walls or roof for 100mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition / Removing of existing roof treatment of any description in any condition including removing of top surface and removing all the debris to a distance not exceeding 100mm and roughening surfaces by sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and applying evenly cement slurry @ 3 Kg / Sqm over cleaned surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 100ml per 50Kg of cement finished surface even and smooth or laying of water proofing membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note: - WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for cleaning the entire roof surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles dust / dirt particle and applying with one coat of industrial bituminous 85/25 grade @1.20 Kg / Sqm over the plastered surfaces of roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg / Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms / Sqm) laid with 75mm side overlap and 100mm overlap on primed surfaces by forced application as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a course of a coat of binding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm over bitumen felt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding etc finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, in roof and base for water tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and applying two coats of un diluted thick coat of acrylic reinforcement liquid applied elastometric water proofing membrane with UV resistant properties and solar reflective properties over one coat of primer (3:1 water dilution) before applying second coat insert smart care roof tape corner / joints and allow it to dry then apply further coat complete all as specified and directed. Make: - Asian Paints, Fosroc, Sika or equivalent. Note: - Every coat time gap should be minimum 6 Hrs.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.
