Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more that 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers with initial leads and lift etc. including leveling the sites complete complying with standard specification and as directed. In hard stiff clay. stiff black cotton soil. hard red earth. shale murams. gravel stony earth and earth muds with 50% (fifty percent) fair size boulders and hard gravely soils (SS20B)

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four crushed stone sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -Mixing by mechanical means.

Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification and directed - 10 m 2 (P & D)Data 38

Supply and fabrication of Steel including cost of steel with binding wire and all other labour charges for cotting, bending in position of steet and all other charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (one cement, One and Half Sand and Three hard broken stone) using 20mm gauge machine broken hard granite stones jelly for RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges and centering and shuttering charges but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of slab, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick and with craft paper without claiming extra etc., as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification. The rate is including vibration charges

Brick in cement mortor 1:5 mix using good quality of country briks from approve quarry including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and all other labour charges complete as per standard specification

Cement concrete 1:2 :4 (one cement,two sand & four course aggregate) using 20mm ,gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all CC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.
