Specification: (2 table with 2 number of PP sink with tab each and 1 table without PP Sink) Material of Construction Under Bench Modules: Under bench modules to be made of 1 mm thick pre-coated Galvanized Iron sheet (TATA / JSW Steel – GI Sheet) and completely finished with Epoxy powder coating. These modules to be provided with bottom cupboard with Lockable doors and aluminum anodized flush handle. The under-bench modules arranged as per the diagram. The base of the modules to be provided skirting panels with adjustable feet (Tolerance from 5-20 mm to correct unevenness of flooring). Colour Options: Colour combination of IVORY and drawer fronts contrasting BLUE by powder coating technique. Table Top: To be made of finely polished epoxy resin coated 18 mm ± 2 mm thick black Colour Granite with rounded edges. BENCHES WITH DESK: (20 Number) Specification: (30X30 CRCA Square tube and wooden top and back rest) Top: To be made of 16 mm thick plywood with half-nosed or quadrant post forming lengthwise and post forming to be done on both sides. 2 mm thick edge tape binding on the shorter side. Frame Structure: To be made of 30 x 30 x 1.2 mm thick CRCA Square tube and all frame ends to be welded closing the edges of the square tube. All joints to be MIG welded. The welds to be coated with a pre-prep primer to increase the quality of the subsequent chemical-resistant powder coating. The bottom of the leg frame of the desk and bench to have adjustable feet levelers with tolerance from 5-20 mm to correct unevenness of flooring.
