Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade.Fixing glazed / Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3 mm thickness. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Providing & Fixing Stainless steel 304 cladding panel / sheet of thickness 1.5 mm and rectangle shape for wall cladding as per direction of E/I

Providing and fixing Sintex / Bajaj or equivalent make of ISI marked PVC false ceiling (or wall Panelling) on MS rectangular hollow section 38mm x 25 mm fixed to wall with PVC roll plugs and main runner & intermediate section of MS square tube 25 mm x 25 mm duly coated with anticorrosive primer & ceiling panel made out of rigid PVC multichamber hollow plastic section of 6 mm thick as per instruction of Engg-in-charge

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows,ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. attop, bottom and sides with required EPDM gasket etc rubber/neoprene Aluminium sections shall be smooth,rust free, straight, mitred . and jointed mechanically wherever required includingcleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing I paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge : For fixed portion. Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete : 2 nd class teak wood

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)
