Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets light fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable of copper conductor, multi stranded of size 1.5 sqmm, single core, in and including new rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit /surface conduit with all accessories if require such as bends, reducers, spacers, saddles, junction boxes bakelite sheets, wooden rectangular boards / round blocks (for housing lamp holders and light fittings etc) and existing MS pressed steel / cast iron sunken boxes of suitable size for mounting switches / bell pushes / sockets, fan regulator etc covered with new 3 mm thick laminated bakelite sheet top cover including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 sqmm unsheated stranded copper conductor with green PVC insulation connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the followings :- (a) One light/fan/Bell Point controlled by one single pole one way switch.

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on the same board controlled by one single pole one way switch.

(c) One 5 Amps socket outlet independent controlled by one single pole 5 Amp switch.

All as per Srl Item No 2 here-in- before but one three pin 15 Amps switch socket out let on the independent board with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor and 2.5 sqmm copper conductor for continuous earthing complete.

All as per Srl item No 2 here-in- before but existing conduit and existing MS pressed steel/ cast iron box complete all as speicifed and directed. (a) One light point/fan/bell point controlled by one single pole one way switch.

S&F MCB TPN 415 volts, 63 Amps, 10 KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bakelite sheet hylam 3mm thick with white top fixed with cup washers with machine screws on existing switch board with including removing existing switch/ switch sockets/ bell push etc and refixing the same by making slots on new sheet for MS box for approx size 5" x 5" etc as in reapirs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of size 25mm dia ISI marked with all accessories such as bends, reducers, spacers, saddles, junction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm & 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009)
