Disconnecting and taking out old unsv earthing any type and any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Tripod Earthing (3 Set earthing inter connected to 1 set) maintenance free Earthing Solutions comprising with the following: - - Supply and fixing after digging bore of suitable size the CPRI tested and UL certified maintenance free earthing system having a set of copper bonded Earth Rod of 3 meter length, 17.2 mm dia made of high tensile low steel circular rods, molecularly bonded with 99.90% electrolytic grade copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness - 250 microns) with exothermally jointed copper bus bar of 200X25X6mm for long lasting and connection. Earth Copper bonded rod & exothermically jointed bus bar should be CPRI tested on 25KA fault current complete all as specified and directed by engg-in-charge for complete connections. - Qty 3 Nos. - Earth Copper bonded Electrode should be tested by CPRI - Current carrying capacity of Earth Copper bonded Electrode is 25KA/Sec.

Item 2.00 Contd..... - Supply and filling of carbon based, eco friendly earth enhancing compound of RHOS tested compound tested by NABL accredited Lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 and having passed leaching, sulphur, corrosion resistivity test as per IEC 62561-7 an international standard for earth enhancement compound in compliance to IEC 62561-7 with a resistivity < 0.12 ohm-m, 25 kg, Qty- 3 Nos. - Earth enhancing compound shall be free from corrosion, it shall be carbon based material and shall be free from bentonite and other hazardous substances. The product does not dissolve, deteriorate or leach out of time. It shall be highly conductive and improves earth's absorbing power and humidity retention capability, It shall be eco-friendly and chemically inert to sub soil. - Supply and fixing plastic Earth pit Cover of size 247mm x 338mm x 210mm having load bearing capacity of 8 Ton and complying IEC 62561-5. Qty - 3 Nos. Note - On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistence is not found i.e. below 1.00 Ohms, the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in round (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25 X 4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point with and including electrode protection pipe of 40 mm dia light grade and 20 mm dia medium grade watering pipe and wire mesh funnel with equal layering of charcoal and salt with proper filling layer by layer below and above of plate all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. The earthing conductor and protection pipe up to length of 7.5 mtr up to test point is also included. The scope include PCC 1:3:6 size C-1 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) with pit 300 x 300 x 150 mm ouside and 8 cm width and the pit cover 300 x 300 x 40 mm, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dilto as above item No.- 3 but galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia and electrode protection pipe of 15 dia mm light grade, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dilto as above item No.- 3 but using copper plate 60 × 60 cm × 3.15 mm thick electrode and 20 × 3 mm copper strip as earthing lead and electrode protection pipe of 32 mm dia light grade, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Copper Strip of 20 X 3 mm to interconnect the earth pit to Equipment Room including PVC saddle or in pipe as per sample approved, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dilto as above item No.- 6 but 25 x 3 mm aluminium strip including saddle as per sample approved, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm solid type drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia, 25 mm long hex. Head, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for GI Pipe light grade of 40 mm dia (ISI marked) for protection of strip for fixing in road / path and wall or placing in upright position of 1 mtr height, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rejuvenating of Old chemical earthing system complete with 25 Kg NABL LAB certified back fill chemical compound making a gel type formation with water and pouring it into pit for filling bore holes / container with min 6 Kg of Hygroscopic Gel inluding excavating the existing chemical earthing, removing the Copper Electrode, filling with new back fill compound complete to obtain 1.0 ohms earth resistance value, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Payment shall be made only after satisfactory testing to the entire satisfaction of GE. The contractor has to make alternate earthing in case test result not found satisfactory without any extra cost to the Govt., quoted rates shall be deemed to included this provision.

Repair to earthing pit chamber 300 x 300 x 150 mm, PCC 1:3:6 size C-1 (using 20 mm grade store aggregate) with pit 300 x 300 x 150 mm outside and 8 cm width and the pit cover 300 x 300 x 40 mm, renewal of pit cover, clamps, funnel including excavation, clearing of sorroundings etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brazing of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of any type / size, aluminum strip / earth lead and test point made out of gun metel material, in any position including jointing by existing tinned copper / brass nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Each joint shall be considered for measurement purpose. (ii) Existing nut bolts & washers shall be reused for jointing of strips. (iii) Brazing shall be done with gas welding using brass electrode or required at site.

Taking down unserviceable air terminations single pointed aluminium / copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing air terminations single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long including mounting arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing air terminations single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long including mounting arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing for Porcelain saddle as per sample approved suitable for any type strip, fixing screws, nuts, bolts with suitable spacing etc. for roof conductors and down conductors and Walls above ground, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F IDENTIFIER / MARKER made out of mild steel plate of size 30 cm x 20 cm x 4 mm thick fixed by means of two Nos. of rivets on mild steel strip of size 30 mm x 8 mm thick and 70 cm long painted with synthetic enamel paint (except embeded portion) with following colour coding to identifier. (a) For chemical earth pits - Red Colour (b) Lightning Arrester - LA (Oval Shape) (c) Equipment Earth - EQ (Triangular Shape) (d) Signal Earth - SG (Dome Shape) (e) Power Supply Earth - PS (Square Shape) Notes:- (i) Height of the identifier should be 60 cm above the ground level all as specified. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to included cost of PCC Block 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate size 20 cm x 20 cm x 20 cm including necessary excavation and earth work and tarring of embedded portion. (iii) Writing letters shall be painted with black colour synthetic enamel paint on plate and the size of writing letter on earth pit identifier shall not be less than 10 cm high (LA for lightning arrester earth pit, E for equipment earth pit and PS for power supply earth pit) and Quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost of writing letters.

Supply & Laying of galvanising iron tubing, medium grade with all fitting laid in trenches, dia of pipe 15 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing of bib tap cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule of size 15 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting / Drilling existing 40-50 mm bore steel tubing for alteration or addition and providing new branch connection for earthing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm gradded stone aggregate for coping of poles, panel board etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics with IP 65/66 protection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED bollard made up of extruded aluminium with PC diffuser with fitting on GI pipe, 10 watt, as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB’s DP 10 KA, 32 Amp 240 Volts, ''B'' series with required wiring connections and lugs etc. and erecting in provided enclosure / distribution board. MCB's shall be of current limiting type, ISI marked conforming to IS 8828-1996, including taking down old one, complete all as specified and directed.
