Construction of Asphalt Base Surface – having 8” inch pavement which consists of: • Excavation to a depth between 3 inches to remove all weeds and grass from its roots, create a slope of 1” in every 10’ in the sub-base on the shorter axis. (without any grass or weeds). Extreme care would need to be taken to ensure a correct slope of 1” in every 10’. • Carry out anti termite and weedicide on the total area by making 9” deep holes spaced 12” apart and injecting the chemicals and also spraying. •WBM Work – Layer of Compacted 6” WBM (Subject to availability) using Stone Size 40 MM to 60 MM using good earth as binder (for WBM). Compaction of same using Road Roller of 8–10-ton capacity. [It will be done in two layers] •BM Work – Compacted layer of up to 30 mm Thickness of Bituminous Macadam using mix of 20 mm and 12 MM Stone with 80-100/60-70 Grade Bitumen (Subject to availability). The compaction of the BM layer to be done using road roller of capacity 8-10 ton. • BC Work – Compacted layer of up to 20 mm Thickness of Bituminous Concrete using 6mm Stone (Mixture of 0-6mm Stones) with 80-100/60-70 Grade Bitumen (Subject to availability). The compaction of the BC layer to be done using road roller of capacity 8-10 ton. • Seal Coat – Final Layer of Seal dust using Stone Dust with Bitumen to make the surface appropriate for Turf Installation.

Construction of open saucer one side drain as per court requirement and standards. The height of drain should match the side of the court as per the standard norms. This drain will channelize water.

Construction of supported toe wall. 9” Width & 12” height [6” below the ground and 6” above the ground] and Toe wall would have hard cement plastered all visible side. (All four sides)

Artificial turf (Grass) FIFA Approved– Cricket 15 mm pile height [One roll – 25m x 4m=100 sqm] For Box cricket, Synthetic grass with 10 mm pile height/thickness with an infill of clean graded silica sand. Synthetic grass is generally laid on Asphalt/concrete base and stays in place by sheer weight of silica sand. Synthetic grass comes in carpet form and can be shifted and reused at different site. Supply & Installation of MS POLE WITH FRAMING: [25 ft Height] MS POLE with framing which is generally required for Futsal court. This will consist of 25 ft height with Pipe 3” x 3” vertical post and horizontal pipe 2” x 2” and thickness of pipe will be 2mm. Pipe will be of MS spaced 10 ft apart on all four sides of the court with one or two gates. The top, middle and bottom of the horizontal pipe will be 50mm x 50mm dia pipes.
