Sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coat of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface),excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required . 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Dismantling wook work in frames, trusses,purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the metarial within 50 metres lead of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above.

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceilling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partition etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc. kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood.

Proving and fixing plywood 4 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1) for plain lining/ cladding with necessary screws,including priming coat on unexposed surface with decorative venner facings of approved manufacture.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr.of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer's specification, one or more coats on old work including removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.complete
