Dismantling cement conglomerate floors 25mm to 50mm thick without concrete base

Dismantling glazed tiles (to be carefully removed).

Screed of 40mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 to be laid below the topping using mechanical mixer for mixing of material.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes in light colour shades made using Soluble Salt Technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. ( Soluble salt Print Penetration should be up to 1 to 2 mm after the tiles are fired & polished) a) size 600mm X 600 mm

Providing and laying Anti skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st qualityconforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., completewhite cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/Semi Matt/Glosy/Highly Gloss finish/Highlighter/emboss conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 250 x 330 mm & 300x300mm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone 18 mm thick flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. b)Polished granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent
