Providing, laying and spreading Material on prepared sub base adding cement @ 4% by weight of the spread Material manually by mixing in place with rotavator compacting with road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and form a layer of base. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Including labour cess but Excluding GST)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using bitumenVG10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including labour cess, Royalty but Excluding GST)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53 to 22.4 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per MORD Specification Clause 405. (Including labour cess, Royalty but Excluding GST)

Construction of un-reinforced,construction joint only,plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 20 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of construction joints, applying curing of concrete slabs for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material by Mechanical Means (Including labour cess, but Excluding GST)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. (Including labour cess, Royalty but Excluding GST)
