Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water & height. upto 16th floor of bldg., complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortor 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces, surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement & height. upto 16th floor of bldg., complete all as specified.

Material and labour plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair in patches including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions & work is carried out at height. upto 16th floor of bldg., complete all as specified. (Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Material & labour for repair to Spalling of concrete, damaged surface of RCC elements like beams, columns, wall, slab by removing all loose cement plaster/concrete, dust, oil, paint, grease, waterproof coating etc, Expose fully any corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scale and corrosion deposits , Apply rust remover for rust free bars, apply Dr. fixit Epoxy zinc primer over the cleaned rebars and allow it to dry before pouring of Dr Fixit micro concrete or equivalent , applying one coat of Dr fixit epoxy bonding agent before pouring of mix concrete, providing and laying of micro concrete at least 20mm thickness (average) by using the recommended water proofing compound ratio mix the microconcrete with pan mixer as per manufacturer's instruction including watertight shuttering at any position including necessary curing and removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Rate of rust remover, Epoxy zinc primer, Epoxy bonding agent and micro concrete is included in this item. (ii) Make -Dr Fixit/Pidilite/ Asian paint/ Berger

Material & labour for preparation of surfaces cracks of plaster internal/external of walls, ceilings/ chajjas upto 5mm wide, remove, loose plaster/concrete by suitable tools, filling cracks with crack paste compound and apply the second coat after 10-12 hrs of application of first coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for applying texture paint of 4mm thick of desired finish as approved by GE over a coat of exterior wall primer which includes preparation of old decorated surfaces, cleaning of loose paint, grease, growth of fungus, algae or moss by using wire brushing and watering and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour for preparing of old/new surfaces of walls/ceiling washing the surface thoroughly, filling the cracks, creaves with crack filling compound as suggested by the manufacturers and applying two coats of Rain coat manufactured by Dr Fixit of Piddilte Industries Ltd. (shade to match the existing paint) including necessary scaffolding for work all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete in any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided on terrace of bldg. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and removal of debris to out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with Shali Plast LW+ of STP/Pidilite URP of Dr. Fixit or Equivalent and appoved as per manufactures instruction. Before laying concrete surface shall be cleaned and a bond coat of slurry with Shali Crete URP (of STP) or quivalent with cement to be applied. Alll cracks in slab to be openend in 'V' groove and filled with Shali Fix RMC a Polymer Morter of STP/ equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC on concrete surface and smooth finish surface all as directed.

Material and labour for applying coats of UV resistant acrylic plymer blended elastometric coating such as "heataway" from Dr fixit, Smart care Damp proof "from Asian paints or other approved makes, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for priming surface evenly with tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 0.30 Kg/Sqm including cleaning of surface, completely all as specified.

Supply and fixing APP based plymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.50kg/Sqm and mimimum 4 mm thick with plyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) and on primed surface by torch application and finish APP membrane with bituminous aluminium paint, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut if required and fixed over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) ,complete all as specified.

Chipping , removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer, breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc. upto 15th floor of building, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

Material & labour for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT of Krishna Conchem or Roff rust cleaner of Piddilite or Dr. Fixit Rust removal or ShaliRust of STP Ltd. on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wirebrushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry upto 15th floor of building, all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed

Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel upto 15th floor of building, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/ Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (this inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibitor the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have properly to attack as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), So it has no carcinogen activity with concrete all as per manufacturer's instructions upto 15th floor of building and directed.

Material & labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes. Works shall be carried out upto 15th floor of building as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the crack with a liberal application of the epoxy putty. Make Dr Fixit, STP, Choksy Chemical as approved

Material & labour for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1-cement 2-water) including super plasticizer (supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 till the grout mix flow out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled , upto 15th floor of building , all as specified.

Material & labour for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5 cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including, mixing of material mixing of material components(part a & b) in the required quantities as per manufacture`s instruction by weigh batching, Grouting maintain the pressure at exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@100ml per nozzle Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beam, RCC wall and columns) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona slant shear test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make :- Krishna Conchem, Dr Fixit, Fosroc as approved

Building up the profile of structural member by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured motor system (Polymer modified motor/LW+) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5 cement -15 sand) -in damaged area in 30mm thickness including leveling profiling etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and upto 15th floor of building as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make :- Dr Fixit, Sita, STP, Fosroc as approved

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coats of Acrylic emulsion exterior paint of required shade : (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified. Material and labour for light shade vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.
