R.C.C. work with M-25 grade In Different Works having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 Kg/Cm2 at 28 days using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering, curing for 28 days, centring & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary in all floors including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials , cost of all labour with cost of all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position. Supply of HYSD bars confirming to approved grade cutting bending , binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification ) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance, Cess of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge ( as approved by the Deptt. ) etc. complete (Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different size of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC - 21/1987) as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fly ash brick masonary using fly ash brick of size 23cmx11cmx8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 kg per sqr cm in CM 1:6 with cement after immesrsing the brick for 6 hour in water before use in foundation including splays cutting circular moulding , corbelling chamfering and similar such type of work watering and curing etc including cost ,conveyance loading ,royalties and taxes of all material and cost of all labour , scaffolding sundries t&P required for work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in charge

Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:4) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with weather seal paint over a coat of primer including cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coat over a coat of primer including cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20mm thick Grading Cement plasting cm(1:4) over roof slab with using 6mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of slab including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Distempering two coat over a coat of primer including cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Ground Floor)

Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegitation, grass, bushes, slaplings and trees grith upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable and stacking of serviceable material to be used and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing fitting and fixing furnishing of wall pannelling made of 12 mm BWP PLY of IS 710 grade ply and 4 MM veener make over frame made up of 75 mm thick member with exterior poly urothelyne coat of 2 coats of sixe 1'x1' including cost of all material , polish as per approved Specification and installed at site etc complete excluding G.S.T of the materials as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of openable UPVC doors with door frame of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing Conferrence table made up with 19mm BWR block board frame and all exposed surface covered with 4mm thick veener of archid natural veener. The veener surface finished with three coats of melamine polish. The conference table finished with all fixture & fittings including cost of all materials, all taxes, labour, T & P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
