M & L Racking out of old existing sealant compound and back up rod of the existing joints by special tools like cutting blades/machines, widening of joints by 2 mm by using joint cutting blades of appropriate size straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before pacing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Thereafte filled with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia fo complete length of the joint, over it to be filled with polyurethane joint sealant meeting the requirements mentioned in BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875- 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the filler board and pouring the sealant Thereafter filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified , over it filled with closed cell medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia for complete length of the joint. Finally filled with polyurethane joint sealant meeting the requirements mentioned in BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor MAF of+/- 30% complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing and cleaning of broken edges of concrete pavement joints of any type and shape free from loose particles, grease, oil, demolding agents etc., cutting and chiseling the existing damaged portion of edges of joints to provide a regular prismatic cavity as directed and cleaning by using blower etc and washed with acid solutions if required and applying primer coat of epoxy ( 100 parts of epoxy resin with 50 parts of epoxy hardner by weight proportion) and filling the cut portion with epoxy mortar of Make: Huntsman (with 100 parts of epoxy resin, araldite with 50 parts of epoxy hardner, Aradur mixed with 800 parts of quartz sand by weight) including provision of temporary wooden strips or metal strips as formwork to edges of expansion/contraction/dummy joints and trowelling the mixture to level with the adjoining surface all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified.

M & L Breaking the termite mounds, making holes with crow bars and pouring anti?termite chemical emulsion at the rate of 4 litres per cubic metre of mound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Site clearance, Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces by washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and filling the nail holes by white cement and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted with roller over 1 mm thick putty application complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, chajjas and shades etc including complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping the connected previously treated surfaces and applying two coats of exterior wall weather coat paint , in chequered / zebranic pattern, white/ terracota(first quality), with a layer of wall care putty 3mm thick over a coat of wall primer at any height of building/ tower complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of walls and applying two coats of color wash complete all as specifled and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying for one coat of white wash complete all as specifled and directed Note for Serial item No. 1 to 12: Kind attention of tenders is invited to that runway will be available to execute the work on Saturday and Sunday or on holiday or as required by the user.
