1.Strengthening the road from Ananthavadi - Sennivanam road Km 0/0 - 1/800 . Clearing and Grubing Road Land Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, ,bushes,shrubs,saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 201.(In area of thorny jungle).

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. (Gravel shoulder)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with prime & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502

Bituminous Macadam : Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finished to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including refletorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35, The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per MORTH&H specification No.803..

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost for carriageway width of 3.00m & 3.75m
