Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for laying of cable/ stay assy/LT poles and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning filling incl spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard and dense soil.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5mtr above the starting point.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Sand cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I.

Material and labour for un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable covers, class LV type-1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking Down UNSV Cable and Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor (Stranded) 1100V grade cross-sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed on pole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair cast iron non return valve ISI marked both ends flanged including rubber gasket, MS bolts, nuts, washers and testing complete all as specified and directed of the following size:-

(a) 100 mm dia.

(b) 150 mm dia.

S&F in repair sluice valve, Class PN-1.6 dia both end flanged with high tensile SS spindle with lock nut (gutka), ISI marked complete with jointing materials such as rubber packing, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

(a) 100 mm dia.

(b) 150 mm dia.

S&F in repairs butterfly valve including check nut bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge of following size

Supply and fixing in repair LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.25mm thick in hearths; covering to door shut ters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fabrication and fixing of MS channel/Angle'C' section etc conforming to GDE FE 410- W as hip and jack rafter, purlins,ladder ect where connected to common rafters and running rails fixed with other connecting plates ect including necessary welding, cutting etc and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connecting to the 25X 3mm GI Strip by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel earth strip protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 32 mm bore including provision of concrete pit made from PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 1.50 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, with fixing arrangement , funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil , returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres, all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR 2010 Part-I and connecting to CBDB’s as specified or indicated including testing on completion .

Taking down monoblock pump set of 7.5 HP and transport to workshop for Rewinding of motor and servcing of pump set including replacement of bearing,ceiling etc of 415 Volt 3 phase 50 HZ complete with super enamelled wire of existing gauge and insulating material and refixing the same at existing or new place all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down monoblock pump set of 3 HP and transport to workshop for Rewinding of motor and servcing of pump set including replacement of bearing,ceiling etc of 415 Volt 3 phase 50 HZ complete with super enamelled wire of existing gauge and insulating material and refixing the same at existing or new place all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking up/down vertical non clog sewage pump set any make and in any position alongwith column pipe from well after dewatering the well and disconnecting delivery end connection with the help of chain pully / tripod andoverhauling the pump re-threading of wornout holes of studs and providing over size studs with nuts & washers,cutting out existing copper winding and rewinding with same size copper winding. Rematlling and balancing of shaft, replacement of gunmetal bush, all bearing and gland packing of pump set. and refitting the same after the repair/replacement and lowering the pump set complete with column pipe in the well and fixing / connecting with existing delivery/suction complete all as specified and directed of the following size.

(a) 15 HP capacity

(b)10 HP to 12.5 HP capacity

(c ) 3 HP Capacity

Labour only for removal and disposal of sludge formed on the dry bed (6 Nos of dry bed) to a distance exc 1.5KM but not exc 3 KM i.e. out side the periphery of defence land from bed and well including cleaning of bar screen complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for removing the sludge /concrete peices/bricks bats deposited inside the well having sludge upto 6 feet + 1.0 Feet height from the bottom of well completely by manually without filling inside the pipe/suction/delivery line of pump and remove the sludge to a distance not more than 50 M from well after de-watering the sewage well with pump or any other method including removing the unwanted substances like polythene bags, chappels, plastic bottles etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (a) Contractor shall ensure the full safety of Labour working inside the well in all respect. (b) Safety belts, safety mask etc should be provided by the contractor for the persons working inside the well.

Cleaning of FAB reactor chamber, setteling tank, sludge collection chamber and clean water collection chamber, replacing air pipe of FAB reactor chambers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for fiber base FAB media for development of bacterias round in shape/hexagonal devided in multi layers to increase the surface area of media (as per sample) ( MBBR Media MOC-P/P-HDPE- Virgin) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for servicing and testing of sewage treatment plant air compressor set of capacity 10 to 15 HP, 3 phase 415 volts by opening end cover, replacement connection lead ,greasing the both end of bearings and replacement of bearing ,meteling/policing of shaft,replcing worn out nut bolts ,gasket,air release valve key gland stuffing box male/female set, rubber bush, descalling of impeller and replacing of impellor key & neck ring (impellor guide) and other minor erpair required and painting one coat of synthetic enamal paint with connected LT panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning/opening the blockage in sewage line 200mm dia bore with sewage jet cleaning machine having capacity of cleaning up to 200 feet long in one attempt including earthworks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning/opening the blockage in sewage line 150mm dia bore with sewage jet cleaning machine having capacity of cleaning up to 200 feet long in one attempt including earthworks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for providing hypo solution of 6% concentration for treatment of sewage treated water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair flow meter for air compressor with conical type weight complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for applying one coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint on the equipment installed at STP like air blower, pump motor and pipe line connected,Filter media plant alongwith connected pipeline and STP equipment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Repairs to leakage of GI/CI pipeline including fittings, such as tee, bends, tail pieces, connecting pieces etc including necessary earth works complete all as specified and directed of pipe are as under:-

Taking up/down 150mm DI Pipe and Supply, laying and jointing in repair for 150 mm bore centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipes for water mains with socket & spigot ends conforming to IS 8329/2000 any length for classification of K7 suitable for rubber gasket joint (push on type) with cement mortar lining inside the pipe with outside zinc coating complete all including existing connection with required size of Tee or MS clamp with rubber bush complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking up/down MS GI/MS Pipe and Supply and Fixing in repair MS pipe 80 mm Medium Grade(B grade) confirming to IS:1239 Part-I (2004) SWS with all fitting/fixtures laid in trenches/Wall all as directed at site.

Supply and fixing in repair star delta starter for mono block/sewage pump set of 15 HP 3 phase 415 volt all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Oxy-Super chemical for STP for reduction of BOD,COD and TSS useful in treatment or contaimenated soils and sludges yellowish or white in colour,CAS number 1305-79-9,Bulk Density 0.91+ or - 0.5 not inflammable PH 11.5 in packaging of 20 Kg bucket.

Supply and fix in repair/replacemenON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 125 Amps.

Supply and fixing systematic plan by computer print of sewage treatment plant on hard board of size 2 mtr x 1.5 mtr showing details of incoming and outgoing of water including detail of complete equipment alongwith capacity and specification all as directed at site.

Triming of trees,cutting of herbs and shrubs upto ground level,Cleaning of equipment by cotton waste and removing plants and other garbage material from STP Installation to nearest garbage bin not more than 2 km from site and cleaning of internal road/path all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 3 strand nylon rope of 12mm dia good strength to weight ratio, high breaking capacity upto 29.4kn with shock load absorption capability

Supply and fix in repair 80mm PVC Suction hose pipe green in colour all as directed at site
