Repair of Link Road from Amapur Sidhpura road to Pratappur. U.M.S. Kasganj.

Part A Earth work in cutting in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50m n depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including lift 1.5m and lead 30m the earth inform of cutting to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the E/I . S.I. No 253 (a)

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base (A) W.B.M. Grade-3 Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam, specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 Km in stages to proper grad and camber, applying and brooming stone screeing/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggretate, watering and compecting to the required density grading 3 as Per Technical specification clause 405 (2)

Providing and applying primer coat with Emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreding primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechincal means before Applying prime coat the surface will be cleaned with air compressor and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The prime coat will be applied 24 hrs before the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per MORD Specification No. 502

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressuredistriutor at the rate of 0.30kg/sqm on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Machanical broom including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 503 (Rates Including of Bitumen VG-10)

Providing and laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.20 to 5.60 mm aggregates including mixing in a suitable plant, laying with a three wheele 80-100KN static Rooler capacity, finished to required leve & grades Bitumen @ 14.6Kg/10Sqm agea for premixing including Taxesx, Material, Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per MORD specification No. 508 ( Rates including of Bitumen VG-10)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenious surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 513

Providing & fixing Typical informatory sign board asper MORD specification and drawing. Three M.S. plate of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duty welded with M.S. flat iron 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with M.S angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes post duly embedded in cement conc. M-15 grade black of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enametat on both sides. Lettering and Printing arrows, border etc.will be painted with ready mixed sign thick enamd paints of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paints as per drawing clause 1701 and annexure 1700.

CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT (C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick plastic sheet, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opration including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer, sealant admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification (approved Quarri grit) Part B

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth by mechanical transport upto a lead upto 5Km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenchs, plinth, of foundation etc. complete Part B
