Taking down cement plaster in brick walls,including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc including scaffolding if required complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on any faces of concrete or brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on any faces of concrete or brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1 : 3 on brick or concrete surfaces (in ceiling) etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new/old plastered surfaces as of walls and applying Two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint of DULUXWeather shield Max or APEX ULTIMA from Asian paint over one coat of primer from the same manufacturer white lime wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer and 2-3 mm thick JK Birla wall care putty including preparation of new plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying white wash three coats on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of new surfaces for matching with repaired surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper including 2-3 mm thick JK Birla wall care putty on wall including removal of existing old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.
