Demolition of brick work and/ or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and including removing rubbish outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed. Note 1 : Demolition work above ground level shall be measured and paid for under this item. Note 2 : The contractor shall provide barricading along the length of demolished wall using CGI sheet of approx 2 mtr height with suitable support to ensure safty and security of the area.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5m deep in hard/dense soil for foundation etc. and getting out etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5m in depth and not exc 3.0m in depth in hard/dense soil for foundation etc and getting out etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved earth obtained from excavation after removal of grass, vegetation etc. including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick in each layers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and disposing off the excavated material/soil out side MD Land etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: For payment purposes, quantity of excavation after deduction of the quantity of returning filling, shall only be payable under this item.

M&L hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm,deposited,spread and leveled in layers of n.exc 15 cm thickness with broken stone or bolders watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column etc and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) for Lintel Beam (upto 1.5 metre clear span), lintel (upto 1.50 metre clear span), Beam (upto 1.50 metre clear span), RCC Band and coping, RCC Band, RCC Band (with coping) incl nacessary formwork and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining wall, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attched pillasters, buttresses etc, vertical or to batter, for fair finished surfaces of the concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for square, rectangular or polyonal fair finished surfaces of the concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork to edge of conceret flate,treat break in floors,window cills, conceret railling, opening in conceret wall ,floor and roof n exc 20 cm and side of RCC/pcc bands in walls, horzintoal or sloping and similar work exc10cm and n exc 20cm wide fair finished surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars of Fe-500 grade conforming to IS: 1786, 10 mm dia & over, including cutting to length, bent to shape required, cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17.00 above but 8mm and 10mm dia bars as in binders, spacers, strippus etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid block of grade (C-5) having block density not less than 1800 Kg/cum, exc, 10cm in width and setting in CM 1: 6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on the wall surfaces of the concrete in CM 1:4 and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls etc and applying two coats of acrylic exterior paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm outer dia, HDPE pipes, Class 3, 06 Kgf / Sqcm, in any length, laid through weep holes in the masonary wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coarse sand filling as in invert filter etc (at back of walls) laid in layers not exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and consolidation including watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand packing (any thickness) with boulders of gauge 63mm to 40mm as in invert filters etc (at back of walls) and raising (or lowering) to the required level etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand packing (any thickness) with boulders of gauge 20mm to 12.5mm as in invert filters etc (at back of walls) and raising (or lowering) to the required level etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel works as in posts and struts etc in fencing of angle or other sections, including cuttings tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No 30.00 above but apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation of old steel surfaces, of any description etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping (on top of masonry wall) in CM 1:3, 25mm thick using 10Kg of broken bottle glass per Sqm and including form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 16-18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour as approved by GE etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for STAINLESS STEEL WORD at any location including screwing , fixing it to the wall with suitable adhesive material etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : letter Size( 250x35x25mm with thickness 1.5mm)

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6, as in wall etc complete all as specified & directed. Note: PCC bond stone and face work shall be measured and paid separately.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any thickness (reinforcement) below or above ground level etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of cement concrete Type B-2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) posts (including caps and bases) bed blocks , retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/pointing random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for raised pointing to random rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 , complete all as specified & directed etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : A sum of Rs 67,460.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducted to arrive the contract sum.
