M & L for changing /toping up of best quality of engine oil 20W40 type for various type/capacity DG sets 125kVA to 180 kVA including removing of old burnt engine oil from DG Sets complete all as specified and directed

Replacement of Oil filter element as per existing for following capacity DG Sets 125kVA to 180 kVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of Air cleaner element (inner and outer) suitable for following capacity DG Sets 125kVA to 180 kVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of Fuel filter elements(primary & secoundery) for following capacity DG Sets 125kVA to 180 kVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of 'V' belt for water pump suitable for following capacity DG Sets 125kVA to 180 kVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of fuel pipe with banjo bolt at both side suitable for following capacity DG sets 125kVA to 180 kVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair and replacement of Dynamo Assy for following capacity DG Set 125kVA to 180 kVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting the U/S DC alternator of capacity 125 to 180 KVA DG Set, 3 phase any make & type from engine, transporting to workshop dismantling it for repairing and rewinding by taking out burnt armature winding aleaning the alternator coil with existing gauge/size of super enamelled copper winding wire, providing new insulation, sleeves, varnishing cotton taping etc reassembling the alternator complete including aligning with engine and testing in all aspects for smooth functioning all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for taking out burnt winding of exciter of following capaicity of DG sets 125kVA to 180 kVA including re-winding copper wire of super quality, of existing size, No of turns, varnishing, heating complete including testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- For Item Sr. No 185 and 186 here in above -: Re-assembling all the component of the alternator and mounting the same on the existing foundation including welding of alternator foundation plate by electric arc welding ,aligning the alternator with engine and testing on full load as specified in particular specification and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Replacement of lub oil pump suitable for following Capacity DG Sets 125kVA to 180 kVA ,make :Kirloskar/Cummins/Greaves complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Replacement of thermostate valve suitable for following Capacity DG Sets 125kVA to 180 kVA make Kirlosker/ cummins/Greaves complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Replacement of Oil seal front and rearsuitable side for following Capacity DG Sets 125kVA to 180 kVA make Kirlosker/ cummins/Greaves complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in Replacement Battery 12 Volt 180 AH (Maint free heavy duty with initial charging.Make- Exide/Amron.all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M &L for Removing the fuel injection pump (FIP) & injectors from following capacity of DG sets125kVA to 180 kVA and carry out servicing and calibration including replacement of injectors nozzles, etc. and refitting the same for smooth and efficient functioning all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-Repairs will be carried out from authorised workshop of MICO or manufacturer of DG set.

M & L for dismantling the defective radiator assembly and taking it to contractor workshop for cleaning of radiator , finding the leakages by pressure method and providing leak proof treatment to defective radiator assemble by welding/brazing/glazing suitable material for cohesiveness for following capacity DG sets 125kVA to 180 kVAcleaning radiator by using K oil and radiator cleaning solution (Ready to Wash) by pressure of pump and brush and Re-assembling after painting of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old rusted unserviceable silencer single/double with exhaust pipe and M&L for new silencer with Exhaust pipe complete bends, coupling etc suitable for following capacity of DG set 125kVA to 180 kVA including fixing arrangements and painting with silver paint and insulating with suitable size and length of asbestos rope complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down carefully self starter assembly 12 Volt ,DC,dismantling ,removing burnt winding of field and armature ,cleaning, overhouling and rewinding with super enemal copper conductor of existing guage varnishing,heating/baking etc including re assembling all the dismantled components to its origional position with testing complete with replacing the following :- (a) Solenoid switch 12 volt,AC ,50 Hz -01 Each (b) Clutch bendix pinion -01 Each (c) Body bracing bolt -02 Each (d) Battery lead with copper lugs (1.2 Mtr) -01 Each (e) Battery terminal brass - 02 Each

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket and power point) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, regulators, socket etc and removing material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors/ceiling to match the existing surface all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down care fully sub main wiring of any description.
