Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound for Repeated Bar Marking 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streak and holes. (Including Labour Cess but Excluding cost of GST)

Supply , fixing & reaction fo built up Overhead Structrue of 12M-15M span comprising of two vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavy M S pipe as bracing & 10 mm M S plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of stel primer and two coats of synthtic enamel paint. Thw eork include construction of RCC Foundation of size 0.90x0.90x1.50 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:3:6 (cement coarse sand and 40 mm guage stne ballast and RCC M-25 cement structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The laterla vetical clearness and complete, Installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section 800 and IRC 67:2012 complete in all respect. The Rates shall include cost of design fabrication, supply, transportation, Local shifting Erection of Signage structure crane, inclusive of all taxes etc. all T&P machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing retro reflective signboards comprising of cutomised modular PU Epoxy coated MS angle iron frame work, aluminium composite panel (ACP) as base board, micro prismatic retro reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film/latex printing. The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the shall be braced doagonally (one way only) withb MS angle. The M.S. frame module shall have langth not more than aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be fixed on the MS frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5 mm dia spaced not more than 300 mm cenrre to contre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frma eon the front visible face of ACP, micro prismatic retro reflective sheet conforming to TYPE-XI of ASTM D 4956-09 shall be prssure fixed. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 and proof of the same in the front of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium sheeting TYPE-XI 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing (as per IRC:67-2012 clause 14.60) (30 cm x 90 cm rectangular) Hazard Sign Board.
