M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete solid block masonry exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 type C1, 1:3:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick (in two layers-first layer 10MM thick with readymix plaster and outer layer 5 mm thick readymix waterproof plaster) on outer wall walls by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacturer. ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1981, IS 2402-1963 and shall confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 Days- 10-15 Mpa/ Bulk density- 1600-1800 Kg/m3 and pull out bond strength->0.5MPA complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The rate quoted by contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20MTR height.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick readymade plaster on internal walls by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacturer. Ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1981, IS 2402-1963 and shall confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 Days- 10-15 Mpa/ Bulk density- 1600-1800 Kg/m3 and pull out bond strength->0.5MPA complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick readymix self curing plaster on ceiling by by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacturer. Ready-mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1981, IS 2402-1963 and shall confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 Days- 10-15 Mpa/ Bulk density- 1600-1800 Kg/m3 and pull out bond strength->0.5MPA complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying 1mm thick wall care putty on wall for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) for receiving painting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying Material & Labour for applying Two or more coatsof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
