M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles as in skirting using Non skid ceramic tiles of size 400mm x 400mm and 7 to 8mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over & including 10mm thick backing coat of cement mortar 1:4 including triangular filleting in cement mortar 1:4 on top of skirting all as specified.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mm x 300mm and 7 to 8mm thick in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC(1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course for laying floor tiles on undulated/uneven/depressed floor area complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Prepolished machine cut kota stone 20 to 25mm thick single piece as in treads/riser of steps/staircase etc and of size as required at site, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of kota stone slab laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed/backing coat in CM 1:4. M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab and shall be carried out as specified below and as directed (a) M&L 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof slab and parapets mixed with and including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (b) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection , surface washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive primer. (c) M&L Applying bituminous primer on cleaned surface @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm. (d) M&L Providing APP polymer modified approved membrane 3mm thick, non woven, polyster,weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm and laying on roof surface and parapets with laps, overlaps and sealing joints as specified and applied completely by torch application method, the overlap of membrane while torching shall be kept 100mm on length wise and 100 mm width wise; all as specified & directed. (e) M&L Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakages & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (f) M&L Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 litre/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & directed. (g) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and through authorised applicator of manufacturer. (Note:- The contractor shall furnish the following :- (i) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product alongwith quantity supplied. (ii) Manufacturer test certificate. (iii) The result if tested any of the independent laboratory, the testing charges shall however be borne by the contractor).

Disconnecting existing tanks ,setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair ,cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity 500 Litre and more but not exceeding and including 1000 Litre complete; all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base / flooring complete; all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium powder coated brackets suitable for 20mm dia curtain rod (minimum projection from wall 75mm) fixed in wall including drilling, rawl plug, screws etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Curtain rod shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing aluminium powder coated fancy type curtain rod 20mm bore all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs, stainless steel plate rack of size 36inch x 31inch x 10inch, made out of 0.63mm thick stainless steel sheet (Grade AISI 304 18/8), S S screws and round pipe, fixed to wall with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Water proofing treatment to sunken slab, walls, etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet/Baths/WCs/Kitchen thoroughly remove laitance, dirt, dust etc.

(b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar (“ Dr fixit” Pidicrete URP” or eqvt).

(c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with “Dr Fixit Bath seal Tape” and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout “Dr Fixit Bath seal Grout” or eqvt. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grounted in the same manner.

(d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating “Dr Fixit Bath seal Plus” or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(e) In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproofing waterproof coating “Dr Fixit Pidifin 2 K” or eqvt can be further applied right upto 2.1 m to waterproof the shower area also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely.

(f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed 1:3:6 type B0 mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40 mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2.

(g) After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable Tile Adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of approved makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC SIKA, MC BUCHEMIE, ROFF, etc.

M & L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) lean concrete for filling sunken floor, mass concrete, sub base and similar places complete as specified & directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping on top of wall, bed blocks, lintel band upto 1.5 metre span, haunching, padding and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use of necessary form work.

Supply and fixing butt Hinges, medium weight, brass, 50 mm B 12 size complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cutting hole in brick wall built in cement mortar for inserting cooler stand angles and like, making good dismantled portion in CM 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required exc half brick but n.exc one brick.

M&L for MS framed work conforming to grade E-165 (Fe-290) or Fe-310-O of MS angle or other sections, such as grills, gratings with ends of bar shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; railings, supports for chajja,cooler stand, RCC drop roof facia, frame of angle iron door and like completed all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & one coat of primer primer cum sealer having alkali resistance property diluted with water and mixed with bio block in ratio 5:4:1 followed by application applying two coats of modified acrylic apex exterior emulsion paint which gives 5 year of performance warranty. (Make : Burger/Nerolac/Asian paint) complete all as specified & directed. all as specified.

Taking down carefully point wiring any type (light, fan, socket or power) complete, removing the material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. (Note :- Removal of fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets etc. to be measured separately).
