Providing Retaining wall and Brest walls in ambulance road from PHC Narkanda to Kalimitti in ward No. 1 NP Narkanda District Shimla (H.P)

Description of Work/Items(S)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep hole in brick masonry/ stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structure with slop of 1 (V): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Providing and erecting W metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal rail 70 cm above road/ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical posts 150x75x50mm spaced 2.00 mtr. Center to center 1.80 m height 1.10 mtr. Bellow ground/road level. All steel parts and fitment to be galvanized by roll dip process all fitting to confirm to IS 1364 IS 1364 metal beam rail to be fixed in vertical post with a space of channel section 150x75x50mm 330mm long complete as per clause 810c.c work to be paid separately.
