Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5M and lead up to 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30M. from the foundation trenches.

Cement concrete with 4 cm. gauge approved stone ballast approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M-150 Brick work in 1:6 (one cement & six fine sand of 1.25 F.M.) cement mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in T. Beam, Roof Slab and R.C.C. Column excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. 2 cm thick cement plaster in dado or skirting in 1:2 consisting of one part of cement and 2 parts of approved coarse sand laid in panels, finished with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .

Granolithic Marble, without base concrete, flooring 4 cm thick consisting of 2 cm thick layer of 1 part cement, 2 parts of approved coarse sand and 4 parts of 2 cm graded approved stone chips including 5 mm thick surface coat with ordinary cement black and white or grey or mixed marble chips passing 3mm but retained on 1.5 mm mesh screen in proportion of 1:2 as specified or directed by the Engineer-in-charge and polished by hand or machine and finally finished with French Mansion Polish or any other approved polish including supply of all materials, labor and T & P etc. required for completion of the work. .
