The tenderer shall clearly specify whether the tender is submitted on his Own (Proprietary Firm) or on behalf of a Partnership Firm / Company / Joint Venture (JV) I Registered Society/ Registered Trust / Hindu Undivided Family( HUF) / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc. , The tenderer(s) shall enclose the attested copies of the requisite documents (including Power of Attorney, if opted) for constitution of their concern as per Cl.14 of GCC-Part-l and as per a)Clause 17 of GCC - Part-1, for JV b)Clause 18 of GCC - Part-I, for Partnership Firm.
Copies of the following documents are to be uploaded: (i) Details such as Name of the tenderer/ Contractor, Validity of DSC, Complete address with pin code, contact number (ii) Copy of PAN card (iii) Copy of GSTIN card.
A copy of NEFT form duly filled in the details as necessary to be uploaded. (The Tenderer/Contractor not having NEFT form may down load the empty NEFT form available in Document site)
Submission of Annexure-V under document verification certificate- As per Advance Correction Slip No.4 dt.7/8/2023 to GCC - 2022, the tenderers shall submit copy of certificate stating that they are not liable to be disqualified and all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of the certificate to be submitted by the bidder in form Annexuere-V Non-submission of the above Certificate(s) by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.
Submission of Annexure-V(A) under Document Verification Certificate. In case of other than company/Proprietary firm, Annexure-V(A) shall also be submitted by the each member of a Partnership Firm/ Joint Venture (JV) /Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc., as the case my be. Non-submission of the above Certificate(s) by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.
Removal of garbage in mid section of track at Villupuram Yard beyond 500 metre from the end of platform in Senior Section Engineer/Permanent way/VM for a period of two years.

| Collection and disposal of garbage such as plastic bags. bottles, cups, paper waste, cotton pads, aluminium casseroles and any other miscellaneous catering refusals lying in the approaches of yards beyond 500 metre from the end of platform in mid section with in the railway premises by deploying sufficient men, to keep the track neat and tidy with necessary contractor's lookout men to safeguard against the traffic. Garbage and waste materials collected to be dumped only at the locations nominated by engineers's representative within the Railway limit. The location at which the pick up garbage in bags are temporarily collected should be maintained properly, neatly by the contractor without fouling the environment as directed by the engineers's representative and it has to be cleared by deploying contractor's men and machinery duly trucking out by the contractor's own road vehicles such as trucks and tractors and disposing the same away from the Railway's premises with contractor's men and machinery without infringing track/traffic movements and dumping at corparation/municipality dumping ground with an average lead of 10 km with all lead and lift and Charges if any etc.' complete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's representative.All labour, tool & plants, machinery, personal safety equipments such as uniforms, safety shoes, glouse etc'.vehicles like trucks/tractor and consumables stores, fuels, crew are to be supplied by the Tenderer/Contractor at hs own cost. VM Junction - Towards MS End at Km.162/000-161/600 (400m x 16m = 6400 Sqm per day).(Note:1. Manpower required per day is atleast 6 Nos between 07.00 hrs - 13.00 hrs and 14.00 hrs- 16.00 hrs. 2.Payment will be made to the Contractor for every two months from the date of commencement. 3.The SSE/P.way in charge will maintain a register on which the SSE or any other Railway staff under his control as nominated by him, will record the availablity of the labours and area covered. This register is only for official purpose. 4.All the contracts on Works/goods/services will be subject to the new GST Act as applicable from time to time. 5.The Contractor should ensure that the following protective gears to be provided to the labourers. a)Uniforms for labours.The color and design has to be approved by railways. b)Identity card with photo, c)Suitable foot wear, d) Gum boots, e) Illuminous jacket, f) Arm band, g)Cap, h)Face Mask (cloth), i)Gloves rubber cover upto elbow, j)First aid box, k)Rain coat. 6.Daily photographs shall be taken during the progress of work and shared in the special message group without fail. 7.In case the garbage is not cleaned satisfactorily, as observed by the Engineer-in- Charge, a penalty of 50% shall be imposed for that specific day, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the payment.) | — | 100 Sqm | — | — | |
