SPECIAL REPAIR TO DBs JBs AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN TRAINING AREA ZONE II AT INS CHILKA UNDER GE CHILKA

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole as per IS 2713 (Part 1 to 3) - 1980, type 410 SP-31 (09 mtr long ) complete with cast iron base plate final taper plug, pole cap, bolts/nuts, screws/washes, painting with two coats of black bituminous paint through out internally and externally upto planting depth and two coasts of black and white alternate strips 30 cm each upto 1.2 mtr from the ground level. The remaining external position shall be painted with two coat of aluminium paint including numbering to pole complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Earth work, PCC work, shall be measured and paid separately.)

Material & labour for heavy duty armoured LT under ground cable of size 16 Sqmm, 4 core 1100 V grade PVC insulated ,PVC sheathed ,multi stranded aluminium cable of following size in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc including lugs for both ends and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting hard standing / road for laying of cable / protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay 40 mm bore steel water tubing, galvanised ' Light grade’ with all necessary fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including dismantling unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and as directed .Make : Jindal/Surya

Material & labour for replacement of rusted/corroted security light bracket made out of GI pipe of light grade 1.0 RMx40mm dia and 0.5RM x40 mm dia at one end for inserting of light fitting, properly shaped, bended, & fixed on the pole through MS flat by nut,bolt & washer of suitable sizes incl dismantling the old unsv existing bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed three core 1.5 sqmm multi annealed copper conductor flexible type drawn through street light poles and including connection to street light and all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of 20 mm dia rigid non metallic UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/sq. cm PVC Conduit inclusive of all tee, bends,reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers , lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing loop in- loop out fuse junction box of internal dimention 250 x 200 x 100mm made of FRP sheet with weather proof canopy and locking screw fitted with and including 6 Amp MCB - 01 No,rated 4 way connectors for 3 phase and neutral incoming/outgoing , mounted in the box, fixing on street pole/rail poles including necessary aluminium clamps, suitable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolt including taking down old unserviceable junction box all as specified and directed. Make - Sintex, Model -GSJB-2520 or equivalent make of Hansel

Excavation in trench n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out of soft/loose soil all as specified

All as per above item but exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and n.exc 3.0 mtr depth
