Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ Manual Means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not excedding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1mtr from cutting edge disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dreassed in all kinds of Soild, Ordinary Rock and Hard Rock as per the Site Cnditions

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. Layer not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supply and stacking of graded stone aggregate at site, upto a distance of 15 Km.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

For PCC/RCC in bedding

For PCC/RCC in Joints

Disposal of surplus earth from the site of work upto a distance of 5 Km. by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking.

Supplying and filling with local sand including watering, ramming, and dressing etc. .Around pipe and over the pipe for cushion & protection

Dry Solling Below Stone Aggregate in foundation and plinth.

Providign and laying non-pressure R.C.C NP-2 pipes with collar jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete.

Providing & Construction of Unit Sewer Connecting Chamber 45x45x60cm, inside with 75 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4coarse sand) with C.I. Cover to serve as Unit sewer connecting chamber @ 1no. between 2 Units & per Large Unit per 1no. As per unit estimate in SBD

Cuttting of the road along surface including stacking serviceable material upto 50 m lead. For 150 & 250 mm Pipe

Cuttting of the Bitumen road surface including stacking serviceable material upto 50 m lead.

Development of Site. Levelling

Reinstatement of roads and pavement with old dismentled serviceable materials and new short fallen material for proper finishing of surface including supply of materials,labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
