M & L for loose spreading of graded coarse aggregate (broken stone or boulders) of size 40 mm in sub - station yard complete all as directed and as specified.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm depth by removing of creepers/ vegetation on stay wires/ HT/LT/ street light poles including clearing 3 mtr all around Stay wire & pole in soft/ loose including removing to a distance n.exc 200mtrs and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above starting point complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Each cleaning will be mesaured and paid)

Dismantling of existing old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size of any descritpion and material and labour for providing new ACSR conductor all as specified and directed including stringing through existing RCC poles, fixing in insulators, jumpers with polythene pipe, aluminium binding wire etc for different sizes complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rates for new Aluminium cable terminal lugs are included in this rate.

S & F in repairs Galvanaised Iron cross arms channel, bracing, support, clamps, ISMB 200 X 100 x 6 mm, ISMB 150 x 100 x 6 mm etc fabricated structural steel, sections, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length bent to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of electric welding complete including painting with 2 coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces including taking down / dismantling the old items complete all as specified and as directed.

Disnmantling of existing old unserviceable earth wire and cradle guard of any size from any position, material and labour for providing new GI wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) on poles to continuous earth wire and cradle guard etc, all as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly complete & material and labour for new stay assembly complete with 20 mm dia stay rod with accessories shown in electric plate No 01 including stay clamp, (loop insulator , stay wire, earthwork excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repairs for Galvanised Stay wire of size 7/4 mm including dismantling old wire all as directed.

S & F in repairs for loop insulator Vitreous Porcolain white or brown of size 90 X 140 mm clearance hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs of Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment cut to required shape and size for cable duct or any other description complete all as specified as directed.

Repairing/Servicing the Air break isolating switch HT 33 KV 200/400 Amps by replacing the defective major spares including provn of minor bolts nuts etc all as specified. Note :- Major spare will be measured & paid seperately under relevant item of Sch'A' item No. 11

Supply & Lay , testing and commissioning XLPE, cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 33000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 185 sqmm laid in trenches/floor/duct/fixed on poles/through GI tubing including brass cable glands complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in getting out hard/dense soil and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of old painted external surfaces of HT 2 pole structures consisting of cross arms, GOD assembly with pipe, DO fuse assembly, clamps etc., of any description and applying one coat of Aluminium paint by mannualy (Except PCC/RCC Pole) all as directed. Note for item No 29 to 31 :- This rate inclusive of painting all minor items such as clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts and washers which is not particularly mentioned in the structures & Each job will be measured and paid.

M & L for servicing of 33 KV VCB at Hansa MRS, dismantling cleaning greasing the complete VCB with attached relays bus bar etc insulation testing, setting the contact gap by measuring as required, reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking and repairsing the current circuit panel wiring , relay testing and provision of minor spares as required complete including operational testing and commissoning all as directed. Note : New major spare parts will be measured and paid under Sch A item No 34.01 to 34.09.

Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid separately. cutting of grass is month wise measured and paid separeatly.

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches 3 mtr all around of any size which is obstructing illumination of street light and touching LT / HT Over head line by using required tools and plants including removing trimmed tree branches. Rate inclusive of time loss due to stinginess in issuing power shut down. (Note : Each cleaning will be measured and paid separetely)

Note :- Any item not included in CA and required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor & same shall deemed to be included rate quoted.

S & F in repairs including testing, and commissioning Aluminium bus bar of suitable size to match the existing for 33KV HT grade with nuts,bolts, washers , clams and all accessories as per sample including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified. Note :- Any item not included in CA and required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor & same shall deemed to be included rate quoted.

Disconnecting, opening of VCB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV 400/800 Amps capacity for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable / defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling/ servicing testing complete all a specified and directed. Note: (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced /repaired is deemed to be included in these item. (ii) Servicing shall be got carried out by the authorised rep of the VCB manufacturer and the service engineer will submit a service report for each VCB.
