Treatment for masonry and foundation 5 liters/sqm., II. Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters/sqm., III. Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters/sqm., IV. Treatment juction of soil along external per meter building 7.50 liters/sqm., V. Treatment of soil under apron along external perimeter 5 liters/sqm. as per PWD Deoria SOR, Page no. 17, New Item SI.No. 1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : DSR_4.1.10

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the _DSR_5.3
