M&L construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1.20x1.20x1.30 m (internal dimension of chamber) complete 100cm thick PCC 1: 4 :8 type B2 in base , 100cm thick PCC 1: 2 :4 type B-1 in floor 230 mm wide brick work using sub class well burnt B brick in CM 1:4 and frame of angle iron 40x40x5mm embedded in 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement including 6 lever pad locks and coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including excavation in any type of soil , filling removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.

Note : All precautionary measure such as safety belt ,climbing rope etc to be taken by the contractor for safeguard of human life while working on overhead reservoir.

Repair to water level indicator of overhead reservoir/semi under ground tank by providing aluminum float valve of suitable size with refunctioning of pulley and replacement of nylon rope 4mm thick, painting the existing water gauge with two coats of synthetic enamel paint(black) and caliberation the same properly with respect to water level and marking with white synthetic glazed paint and painting the indicator pointer with red synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or un plastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots applying and one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed .
