Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

150mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulder or quarried stone, interstices filled, using sand stone, lime stone, flint or quartzite, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers, each layer of 75mm thickness with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) using sand stone, lime stone, flint or quartzite, spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camberwith 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. (Each each layer of 75mm thickness shall be rolled and consolidated seperately)

Preparing unsurfaces WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre using paving Bitumen of grade VG-10, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen of grade VG-30, 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2.5 mm thick Hot thermo plastic road marking material strips conforming to British specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5mm, 75% spherical indigenous or for foundation plan having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformaion and having softening point 25 to 30 of area in width n. exc.of 15 cm strip in white or golden yellow colour according to IRC35-1970. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note. Thermo plastic road marking paint shall be of make Aisan/ STP Ltd./Road Nevigator

M&L for road studs / cat eye size 100 x 19 mm in yellow colour made from ABS material with two reflector fitted on both sides with impact strength 253 KN and weight of stud is 130 gms. M&L squared stones of size 20cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified.

M&L for Moorum as in road berm laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick , spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber with hand roller 0.20 to 0.50 tonne complete all as specified.
