PERIODICAL SERVICES AND MISC REPAIRS IN ZONE-I,II AND ZONE-VI OF VARIOUS UNITS AT LEKHAPANI MIL STN UNDER GE DINJAN NO.2

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water & removal of debris off the premises etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 in brick/concrete surfaces up to 8 Mtr height of building, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with and including using liquid WPC @ 200ml per 50 kg of cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections incl facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1mm over the newly plastered surfaces to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanicsm) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per following steps : - Step 1 : Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute. Step 2 : Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a max pressure 3300 PSI Step 3 : Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface Note : (a) The work pertaining to periodical services and water proofing shall be executed as per manufacturer instructions i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Cost of Scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is included in this item. (c) Masking of waindow/doors during spray painting using polythine film will be included (d) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats etc included.

M & L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltr (undiluted/10 sqmtrs diluted with water 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The work pertaining to periodical services and water proofing shall be executed as per manufacturer instructions i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Cost of Scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is included in this item. (c) 05 years guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion

M & L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive and color stay Techonology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specifieecations, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (Undiluted)/10 Sqm with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow spreed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The work pertaining to periodical services and water proofing shall be executed as per manufacturer instructions i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Cost of Scafolding upto 10 mtr height of building is included in this item.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing top even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge
