M & L for excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Pre -cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks made out of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre cast cement cocrete (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in landing, cover slabs manholes and simillar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT bar bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed (Note: WPC will be measured and paid seperately).

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard / dense soil.as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M &L for Soakage well of 3.0 mtr internal dia at top and min 1.80 mtr dia at bottom having min 3.0 mtr height of 380mm thick random rubble uncoarsed stone masonary wall in CM 1 :6 with 150mm thick PCC 1 : 4 :8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone stone aggregate) below stone masonary at bottom and RCC slab using design mix M-25 with reinforcement 10mm dia bars @ 150mm C/C bothways cranked at 1/4 th of span including arrangement for manhole opening and manhole cover, inlet for 100 /150mm dia pipe and rest all as sfd as per Drg No CESZ/TD-1078/2011 sheet 1/1 Note :- The rate includes excavation in hard/dense soil and construction of soakage well as per drg, connection of inlet pipe, 100 mm dia PVC vent pipe with cowl, returning filling and removing of surplus soil to a distance exc 50 mtr but n.exc 100 mtr from site.
