SCHEDULE 'A' (PART -I)

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg/10 sqm with VG-10 bitumen and laying semi dense asphaltic bituminous premix concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using with paving bitumen grade VG-30 @ 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix and laid with mechanical paver including rolled with 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller, consolidation to required gradient and camber upto edge of roads etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairs to pot holes any depth, area not exceeding 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg/10sqm with VG-10 with bitumen putting in semi dense asphaltic bituminous premix concrete,using with paving bitumen grade VG-30@ 5.5%binder content by weight of total mix and laid with mechanical paver including rolled with 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller , consolidation to required gradient and camber upto edge of roads etc complete all as specified and as directed

Preparing bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes letter etc exceeding 10 cm wide with water based road mark paint white or golden yellow colour all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking paint (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour etc. either continuous or broken lines over existing or new painting surface of cement or bituminous surface by using thermoplastic material "Brand :- Road king or equivalent brand approved Morth, IRTC including supply of paint material at the rate of 5Kg/Sqm & glass beads at the ratio 0.30 Kg/sqm (Reflective Index 1.5) by using semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material , labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foregin material etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and in accordance with applicable specification. Note:- Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions alongwith MORTH Technology and speciality complete.

Supply and Fixing of Rubberised speed braker of size 500 mm x 350 x 50 mm and fixed in position as per manufacture instruction with all fitting all as specified and as directed. Make - 3M Cat No. OS -794 or equilvalent in DARK EYE/

Supply and Fixing of Cat eye size of 90x110x17mm and fixed in position as per manufacture instruction all as specified and as directed. Make - 3M Cat No. OS -777 or equilvalent in DARK EYE/Oscar
