Providing and installing Countinuous line manufactured prefabricated sandwich PUF Panel comprising of on two faces PPGL (galvalume) colour coated 0.5mm TCT sheet and CFC freeclose cell, high density rigid polyurethane foam of high density (40 + 2 kg/m3) having a thermal conductivity value of 0.023 w/mk and of required thickness sandwiched between the two galvalue sheets. The outer and inner galvalue sheet of 0.50 mm TCT steel 550 Mpa shall have a coating mass of 150 g/sqm zinc aluminium a alloy coating total of both sides as per AS-1397 and finished with 20 micron colour coating of SMP polyester wuality paint as per AS/NZS-2728:1997 (Category-3) over a 5 micron primer on exposed side and a back coat of 5 microns on inner side over a 5 micron primer. The panels should be of required length and requried width with maximum width upto 1190 mm with tongue & groove configuration.The prefabricated panels shall be fixed directly to the girth using self drilling fasteners. The metal sheet shall conform to IS:513.AS-1397 & 2728. the polyurethane insulation shall conform to IS:12436. The rate include cost of flashing/ridges/corner pieces/hips etc made of 0.5mm TCT PPGL (Galvalume) steel sheet in required shape and size including all accessories requried to complete the work. The rate of the item is inclusive of all materials, erection accessories, incidental charges, cost of dash fasteners etc. cost of making provision of doors, windoes, ventilators. and concealed pipes, conduits and support for electrical and sanitary appliances etc and other incidental charges as per sample. For payment finished puf sand wich panel shall be measured upto half centimetres for calculating area upto two places of decimal.
