Renovation of Administrative Section, including the provision of modular partitions, a Conference room facilities and electrical lighting and raw power point and energy efficient fittings in second floor main building at CSIR-SERC,chennai.

PART - A (CIVIL): Supply and installation of a modular partition measuring 2550 × 750 × 800 mm (L × W × H), constructed using 75 mm thick powder-coated aluminium sections. The partition shall be finished with 9 mm thick pre-laminated boards on both sides and provided with a white marker board along with a pin-up board, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and installation of an office table measuring 1200 × 750 × 750 mm (L × W × H), constructed from 25/18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board. All edges shall be finished with 2 mm thick PVC edge banding. The table shall be provided with one top drawer, one cupboard, and a footrest. All drawers and cupboards shall be fitted with good-quality hardware, including lock and key arrangements, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (Make: ISI shoraon board, century or equivalent)

Supply and installation of linear workstation systems comprising: one unit of size 1500 + 1500 × 600 × 1200 mm (H) and one unit of size 1500 + 3000 + 1500 × 600 × 1200 mm (H), along with a single-side linear L-type workstation with modular partitions of 4 feet height. The tabletop shall be made of 25 mm thick pre-laminated particle board finished with 2 mm PVC edge banding. The scope of work includes providing 3 mobile pedestals and 3 keyboard trays, all completed as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (Make: ISI shoraon board, century or equivalent)

Supply and installation of a conference table measuring 4500 × 1200 × 750 mm (L × W × H), constructed from 25/18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board. All edges shall be finished with 2 mm thick PVC edge banding. The table shall include a double modesty panel to allow concealed wiring beneath the tabletop, complete all as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (Make: ISI shoraon board, century or equivalent)

Supply & fixing of mm 1.5mm thick PVC vinyl flooring with fevicol SR 998 adhesive including Thermo welding of joints of PVC vinyl flooring with same colour cord with automatic thermo welding gun vinylflooring.(Make:Wonder floor Vinyl Flooring/Polyflor. or equivalent brands )

Supply and installation of roller blinds manufactured from 100% polyester fabric with a minimum weight of 250 GSM and thickness of 0.55 mm, offering high UV protection of at least 95% and fire-retardant properties. The blinds shall be operated through a manual chain or pulley mechanism and fitted with an aluminum headrail and bottom rail, with provision for decorative cassette options complete all as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Old work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gm/litre :(The rate is inclusive of necessary scrapping and putty wherever is required).
