OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF LIFTS AT POCKET N UNDER GE (WEST) JALANDHAR CANTT

Outsourcing, services and documentation of lifts on daily basis including “Sunday and Holiday” for eleven calendar months period; in two shifts, each shift of 08 Hrs duration (i.e. 06:00 A.M. to 02:00 P.M. and 02:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.); by employing Operator/ resucer (Semi-Skilled)-01 No per shift for each block (07 blocks in Pocket 'N' ) for carrying out above mentioned works including daily cleaning of lifts car (inside area) outer shutter door of each floor complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Quantity under Col 3 is variable and shall be calculated actually for 11 months Period of Completion as given in Work Order No 1. (ii) The operator shall be Matriculation pass from recognized board having minimum two year experience in similar job / trade. (iii) The contractor shall submit name of persons to be deployed at work alongwith their qualifications and experience for approval from GE before the date of commencement of work . (iv) Subsequently action for verification of anticidents of the persons to be deployed shall be taken by the contractor and submit the same to Engineere-in-Charge/GE within 07 days from the date of commencement of work. (v) Operator employed will have fully knowledge of opening/ closing the shutter door with the help of key to rescue the passanger stuck inside the lift car (if required).
